The Children's Museum

*If you make it to the end of this post I will be impressed! Just a warning - lots of photos...*

We had a Blast at the museum today! It was a lot of fun, even for Gregg and I ;p
a little scooter action..
Mason put on a show for us (which was SO cute btw!)
He then insisted Gregg and I put on a show for him.
He even got a pretty descent picture of it I might add!
(I think Gregg's raccoon was trying to steal my acorn. What a thief!)
There was this chic nest - which was way cool BUT-
Can you spot the DEAD chic?
Over there by the feeder (not the one eating but the one laying lifeless on the other side)...
not so cool...
being silly at the bakery...
In the news room, Mason was being spiderman on camera...
Can you see him 'shooting' his web?
I had a little deja vu in the ambulance when Mason had me put on the neck brace...
He was really getting into it too;
I received shots and even the defibrillator!
Do we have a future Doctor on our hands????
Or maybe a future Vet? Who knows :)
Yay! Gregg made it to the top!! ;D
This was a video Pay Phone...
I admit ~ kinda fun :)
It was about 3:30 when we got to the building part (which is WAY past nap time)..
He did well. He just got really serious and down to business while concentrating on building his castle.
See? no smiles. no fun and games - he's for real when he's into something and is tired.
He then livened up after a stop at the face painting station and a quick snack.
What a ham!
This little guy did well today too. This was the highlight of his day :)
Although, back in the news room, he did get his 15 minutes of fame!

If you got this far I am amazed! All in all the day was awesome! We all had tons of fun just being goofy today. We ended up going to Cracker Barel tonight for dinner. Can I say DE-LICIOUS!

*I did forget one event that occured today...

Mason SWALLOWED a dime.

Yes he swallowed it! My 3 1/2 year old put a dime in his mouth and swallowed it... (to his defense, it was UNintentional.. He had it in his mouth and before he could fix it, the dime was already in the back of the throat and the swallow reflex kicked in). STILL.

Needless to say, I get the joy of potty checks until the coin resurfaces :(
